Thoughts on Life

I was wondering, how people get bound to things, bound to routines, bound to targets, bound to duty, bound to a particular activity. Why it cannot be so, that everything flows out of its own energy and out of passion, out of devotion, out of enthusiasm, out of its own Will. Why does everything have to be forced?

Flow as the river, a force alive within. It is very difficult to talk about nothing, we often end up blank. But my attempt is to flow, free as the river, blow as vagrantly as the wind, shine as brilliantly as the sun and whisper as surreptitious as the trees.

I believe that life is always progressing; the highs and lows are one thing only, and we are always growing. Presently my stay at Amritsar is about to end and with this one page (phase) of my life, is complete and sealed; with this I move to Bangalore, a new page waiting to be written.

My take on this, is that all good things must come to an end, to make space for better things to come. God is a giver, we have to accept his gifts with all the grace and joy and humbleness. He is pleased in giving, we must be humble in receiving and thus also be altruistic is giving.

“We have one life; it soon will be past; what we do for God is all that will last.”Muhammad Ali

“Life is like a blanket too short. You pull it up and your toes rebel, you yank it down and shivers meander about your shoulder; but cheerful folks manage to draw their knees up and pass a very comfortable night.” ~Marion Howard

“The miracle is not to fly in the air, or to walk on the water, but to walk on the earth.” ~Chinese Proverb
